Moss Conducts Web Site Overhaul

Moss employs CORESense to manage its multi-channel retail operations, integrating store, Web and phone sales channels. The specialty retailer is using CORESense to manage its POS and e-commerce operation in a single, real-time, Web-based system. Moss employees can access CORESense via the Internet from any location to check the status of an order and retrieve real-time inventory information from the store or warehouse. CORESense software is a software-as-service system; the vendor is hosting all retail data on its own servers.
