Mondelez Enlists Support for WMS
Mondelez International chooses Longbow Advantage Inc., a provider of JDA WMS and WFM consulting services, to host the JDA Warehouse Management solution (WMS) for its Ontario, CA distribution center. Longbow is implementing the JDA WMS at the snack manufacturer’s facility, and will host all aspects of the JDA WMS infrastructure.
Outsourcing the hosting to Longbow is expected to streamline IT processes for Mondelez and its 3PL partner, and guarantees high availability of the system. The Longbow data center is located in Toronto, with a disaster recovery location based in Montreal, Canada. Systems are replicated between the two facilities, making it a fully redundant operation to ensure no points of failure.
