Marks & Spencer Modernizes In-Store Technology

Marks & Spencer refreshes its in-store technology and systems with IBM as part of a store modernization program. IBM is project managing the deployment of the retailer's in-store systems in its UK and Ireland stores. As part of the initiative, Marks & Spencer will implement the Beanstore POS application from IBM Business Partner PCMS. The Marks & Spencer modernization program will yield better and faster service at the point-of-sale.
