Lifetime has agreed to purchase all of Dragonfly Innovation's assets, including its intellectual property, trademark portfolio, manufacturing equipment, inventory and its retailer contracts.
The goals build on the company's sustainability accomplishments, which began in a company-wide fashion in 1992 with the ConAgra Foods Sustainable Development Awards program.
Smucker will continue to own and market Hungry Jack in the breakfast category; Basic American Foods will expand its retail presence in the potato business.
