  • Kimberly-Clark CFO Announces Retirement

    CFO of Kimberly-Clar, Mark Buthman, announced his plans to retire at the end of 2015, after 33 years with the company. Maria Henry will be his successor and serve as SVP and CFO effective April 27 for a smooth transition.
  • Energizer Reveals New Company Names Upon Separation

    Energizer announced the names of the two new companies upon separation, targeted for July 1, 2015. The Personal Care Division will be named Edgewell Personal Care and the Household Product Division will retain the Energizer name and logo.

    The Hain Celestial Group announced the acquisition of Belvedere International, a leader in health and beauty care products including the Live Clean brand with approximately 200 baby, body and hair care products.

    SC Johnson will acquire Deb Group, a global industrial company focused on hygiene and skin care systems for the industrial, commercial, healthcare and food markets.
  • Avon Names EVP and CFO

    The new candidate comes most recently from J. Crew and Saks Incorporated, and will focus on Avon's turnaround including driving sustainable and profitable growth.
  • P&G Sells Camay and Zest Brands to Unilever

    P&G noted that the sale of both brands is consistent with its strategy to focus on its core brands that will create a faster growing, more profitable P&G that is far simpler to operate.
  • P&G to Exit Duracell Business

    Although no decision has been made on the form of the exit, P&Gs current preference is a split-off of the Duracell business into a stand-alone company.
