Liberty Hardware Bolsters Consumer-Driven Supply Chain

Liberty Hardware is realizing benefits shortly after deploying John Galt Solution's new Point of Sale (POS) Forecasting module. Announced earlier this week, the POS Forecasting module helps increase accuracy by creating a forecast of consumer demand that can be compared to the forecast for channel demand supplied by retailers and wholesalers. "We provide decorative and functional hardware and select home products to consumers through strategic distribution channels," says Rob McKee, demand planning manager at Liberty Hardware. "By leveraging John Galt's new POS Forecasting we can improve forecast accuracy and better satisfy the needs of our retail channel partners, as well as the end consumer."
