GSI Commerce Acquires Zendor.com, Boosts Presence in Europe
E-commerce solutions provider GSI Commerce Inc. signs a definitive agreement to acquire Zendor.com Ltd., a Manchester, U.K.-based provider of fulfillment, customer care and e-commerce solutions, for approximately $7.9 million in cash. The acquisition grows GSI's global e-commerce partner base to approximately 85 and establishes GSI as an end-to-end e-commerce solution provider capable of delivering integrated, multi-channel e-commerce solutions to both U.K. Manchester , England and report to GSI's international headquarters in Barcelona , Spain
