Symphony EYC’s solutions will enable the retailer to drive sustainable topline growth and customer loyalty through improved merchandising and promotions, driven by data and integrated into internal processes and collaboration with its suppliers. Giant Eagle, in turn, will enhance its communications with customers, leading to better targeting and more relevant conversations across all channels.
