Genius Jones Expands Cross-Channel Capability

Genius Jones implements the Web-based retail management system from CORESense. The children's furniture and apparel retailer is using the software-as-service system to integrate inventory and sales from its Web site, stores, warehouses and call center. The CORESense system integrates the channels through a single product catalog and automates order fulfillment, inventory management and customer relationship management.
