For more than 20 years, Irwindale, Calif.-based California Custom Fruits & Flavors has been supplying ingredients to national food brands throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Asia and Central America for products such as yogurt, ice cream, cereal bars, cookies, sodas and sports drinks. The privately-owned business was using customized software on a UNIX platform to manage its business prior to selecting food processing software from Deacom.
