Chris Lauchner spent 30 years managing dual careers in the US Army Reserves and commercial business enterprises. After active duty in Italy and Iraq, he retired as a colonel. In his civilian roles, he worked in procurement, logistics, and planning for major companies like Scott Paper, Coca-Cola, and Kimberly-Clark, leading global teams in supply chain and planning solutions where he implemented new processes, software and metrics for IBP, S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Deployment Planning and Materials Planning. 

Geoff Shive has 35+ years of experience in CPG across all aspects of the supply chain. He held various supply chain and engineering roles at Kellogg, Keebler and Nabisco. Since 2015, he has consulted with multiple companies of all sizes as an expert in Supply and Demand Planning, consulting on planning and forecasting best practices, implementing planning software, and assisting with several distribution and production network changes. Geoff maintains several current certifications including Certified Professional Forecaster, Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
