Ace Hardware Implements Retailer Training Program

Ace Hardware engages IBM's Global Technology Services business unit to design and perform training services for the company's inventory management team in several of its 4,600 stores. With IBM's training program, Ace retailers are getting up to speed on its inventory management system with minimal disruption to its business. This deployment marks the first time Ace has used external resources to deliver training services to their retail staff. Following a pilot of the program, local IBM trainers were onsite at each retail location for software and data migration and training.
