Dealing with the growing amount of data being generated by consumers, customers and other sources at ever-faster rates is a challenge that’s deeply engrained into the minds of CG executives (and is probably keeping them up at night). However, companies that know how to mine insights from these rising data mountains to become smarter, and to understand consumers better, will win the fight for market share.
Some CGs may think they’re too small to start the journey, and some might think they don’t have the right data streams.
