In the CG industry, there has been a notable amount of focus on the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process over the last five years due to its invaluable benefits. CGT recently partnered with Logility Inc. to ascertain where CG companies are in their S&OP improvement efforts. What we found is consistent with a process still undergoing change.
