Menasha Acquires ARI Packaging

Menasha Corp., Neenah, Wisconsin, acquired ARI Packaging of Alsip, Illinois. The ARI business will operate as part of Menasha Corp. subsidiary Menasha Packaging. ARI Packaging is a supplier of contract packaging and fulfillment services for CPG merchandising packaging and displays. “We’re excited to have ARI Packaging on our team, and we welcome the expanded services we can offer customers, particularly in the e-commerce arena,” Menasha Packaging president Mike Waite said in a media release.
