The 10 Worst Supermarket Chains
Insufficient checkout lanes, crowded aisles, out-of-stocks and limited assortment were among the most common grievances in Consumer Reports' annual look at supermarket customer satisfaction.
CGT's sister publication, RIS News, details the report, which chronicled over 48,000 supermarket experiences from 27,208 respondents found that more than half of those surveyed had a least one complaint about their current supermarket, and almost a third cited two or more gripes. The supermarkets were ranked on a 100-point scale with Wegmans taking the top spot and Walmart finishing dead last.
