Dunkin’ Donuts has integrated into Amazon’s Alexa the feature within its mobile app that enables consumers to order coffee, sandwiches and food over the phone to have it ready for pickup at a nearby location.
Sony Pictures tied its release of “Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation” into an Amazon Alexa skill that brings the voices of select characters into consumers’ homes to read a bedtime story, sing a nursery rhyme or tell a joke.
The Mars Agency, New York, has rolled out an Alexa skill for a liquor store that helps shoppers while they’re in the aisle as opposed to at home. The global agency rolled out the skill using its “Smart Aisle” technology for Bottlerocket Wine & Spirit in New York City.
