Dole Packaged Foods Creates VP of Commercial Role
Dole Packaged Foods has hired Stan Stuka to unify its sales and marketing organization.
In the newly created role of VP of commercial, Stuka will bring teams together to drive commercial growth and strengthen brand performance. He will be tasked with aligning brand strategy, pricing and customer execution to drive faster decision-making and stronger integrated business results.
He will report directly to Hidehiro Tanabe, president of Dole Packaged Foods in the U.S., who said Stuka brings a combination of institutional knowledge, commercial expertise and proven leadership.
"By bringing sales and marketing closer together, we're better connecting consumer insights, brand building and marketplace execution to drive growth,” said Tanabe in a statement.
Stuka rejoins Dole from biotech company Amgen, where he most recently served as director of consumer and omnichannel marketing for its cardiovascular business.
