Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Plano, Texas

Dr Pepper Snapple Group executive vice president, human resources, Lain Hancock was named chief executive officer for its Bai Brands. He will take over leadership from Bai founder Ben Weiss, who has left the business. Hancock also held senior leadership positions within the company’s supply chain organization, including continuous improvement, manufacturing and procurement.

General Mills, Minneapolis

Ivan Pollard, former senior vice president, strategic marketing for Coca-Cola North America, was named General Mills global chief marketing officer. He reports to CEO Jeff Harmening and is responsible for marketing strategies, connections planning and building organizational capabilities worldwide.

Mars Inc., McLean, Virginia

Former Infosys president and head of Americas Sandeep Dadlani was named Mars chief digital officer, succeeding 26 year-veteran Vittorio Cretella. He will be responsible for working with Mars’ global business segments to drive its digital transformation agenda and deliver effectiveness and efficiency to existing technology platforms. Mars also named former Marriott International senior vice president of digital George Corbin to the role of chief digital demand officer. Corbin is responsible for ensuring the Mars e-commerce and digital businesses are an integrated and seamless experience for consumers.


Ahold Delhaize, Zaandam, Netherlands

Nick Bertram, senior vice president of merchandising at Ahold Delhaize’s Ahold USA, will become Giant-Carlisle president in January 2018, following the retirement of current president Tom Lenkevich at the end of the year. Lenkevich has held the role since 2014. Bertram joined Ahold USA in 2013 and has more than 20 years of retail experience.

Dollar General, Goodlettsville, Tennessee

Dollar General has named former Vitamin Shoppe EVP and chief operating officer Jason Reiser to replace retired chief merchant James Thorpe. Former Subway chief information and chief digital officer Carman Wenkoff succeeded retiring chief information officer Ryan Boone.

Office Depot, Boca Raton, Florida

Executive vice president and chief legal officer Steve Calkins was named to the newly created role of president, business solutions division. EVP and chief operating officer Troy Rice also was promoted to serve in a newly created role as president, retail division. Senior VP, e-commerce, Kevin Moffitt will oversee e-commerce and all digital-related activities as chief digital officer.

Eyeview, New York

Mick Suh has joined the company as vice president of CPG sales. He was most recently chief revenue officer for audio tech startup Lisnr. Suh also held an executive sales position at and previously worked in brand management for Kellogg and P&G.

Indiana Dimensional Products, North Webster, Indiana

Chris Welch has joined the company to lead its market strategy and development, and Paul Killcrece was named vice president of market development. Killcrece will be responsible for Indiana Dimensional’s northwest Arkansas regional office.

Orbus, Woodridge, Illinois

John Lundberg was named national sales manager for Orbus’ promotional distributor customer segment. Brittney Grandmaison joined the company’s marketing department.

Shopkick, Redwood City, California

Jim Clark was named senior vice president of sales and will be based in Shopkick’s New York office.
