Campbell Soup Co., Camden, New Jersey

Carlos Abrams-Rivera, Campbell Soup president, Pepperidge Farm and U.S. biscuits and bakery, was named president of Campbell Snacks, a recently formed division integrating the Pepperidge Farm and acquired Snyder’s-Lance portfolios. Before joining Campbells in 2015, Abrams-Rivera held various roles at Mondelez International.

Albertsons Cos., Boise, Idaho 

Amid Albertsons Cos.’ acquisition of drugstore chain Rite Aid, former CEO Jim Donald took over as the company’s new president and chief operating officer. In the role, Donald is responsible for the operations of the retailer’s 2,300-plus store portfolio and advancing the company’s growing omnichannel platform. Previously holding a variety of senior management positions at companies including Walmart, Pathmark Stores, Starbucks, Haggen, Albertsons and then-separate Safeway, Donald most recently served as CEO of hotel chain Extended Stay America. Donald also served on Rite Aid’s board of directors from 2008 to 2013.

Lowe’s, Mooresville, North Carolina

Lowe’s president and CEO Robert Niblock will step down after 25 years with the company as soon as a successor is found. After working in various roles, Niblock has served as the hardware retailer’s top leader since 2005. Niblock said he will assist Lowe’s board of directors in its search for his successor.

Walmart, Bentonville, Arkansas

Walmart has named grocery veteran Simon Belsham president of Jet.com. While overseeing all operations, Belsham is specifically tasked with expanding the company’s online grocery business while driving an integrated customer experience with grocery and general merchandise. Belsham spent seven years at top U.K. grocer Tesco, and also worked at U.K.-based Ocado, helping the online supermarket company expand its nonfood business. Most recently he was CEO of venture-backed Notonthehighstreet.com. He succeeds Liza Landsman.

Aptos, Atlanta

Former Retail System Research managing partner Nikki Baird was named Aptos vice president, retail innovation. In her role at Aptos, Baird will draw upon her vast experience in understanding what distinguishes leading retailers to help Aptos customers determine the next generation technology investments that will propel their businesses into the future. Reporting to Aptos marketing leader Nicole Crowe, Baird will help bring Aptos’ innovative solutions to market, including its recently launched cloud-native, microservices-based singular commerce platform that supports retailers’ omnichannel transformations and the creation of agile enterprises prepared for what lies ahead.

Arc Worldwide, Chicago

Soche Picard, former Geometry Global team lead for Unilever Shopper and managing director, was named Arc Worldwide North American CEO. In her new role, Picard more fully develops and delivers against the “commerce” pillar of the Leo Burnett Group’s culture, context and commerce positioning platform. She will also expand the agency’s client base, bolster Arc’s leading position in the marketplace and enhance connectivity within the Leo Burnett Group and Publicis Groupe.

Blue Chip Marketing Worldwide, Northbrook, Illinois

Former Procter & Gamble associate director Joy Mead was named Blue Chip executive vice president and general manager of business leadership. Mead leads the agency’s key brand and shopper marketing clients. Throughout her extensive CPG career, Mead led large and diverse marketing teams covering all North American grocery retailers. At P&G, she was responsible for creating alliance partnerships with the NFL, MLB, Disney and Universal Pictures.

Fusion92, Chicago

Mark Skroch, former VSA Partners associate partner, client engagement, was named Fusion92 senior vice president of client services. Skroch oversees account management and strategy activities, as well as organic growth opportunities, for all existing Fusion92 clients. Fusion92 also welcomes Benjamin Cox as vice president of marketing transformation and insights. Cox served as Making Waves vice president, strategic planning and equity partner for the Norwegian agency network The North Alliance. In his new position, Cox is responsible for helping develop strategy and insights for Fusion92’s clients, as well as play an integral role in the agency’s consulting services group.

Speakeasy AI, Old Greenwich, Connecticut 

Speakeasy AI announced its executive team, including CEO Frank Schneider, previously an officer and vice president of sales, marketing and customer success at Creative Virtual USA. Former Creative Virtual USA head of application engineering Moshe Villaizan was named Speakeasy’s chief technology officer and Kyle Scofield, former Time Warner Cable vice president of alternative care channels, was appointed chief customer officer.
