As retail media, AI-enabled discovery and evolving shopper expectations rewrite the rules of modern commerce, the balance of power between brands and consumers is shifting faster than ever.

At the Consumer Goods Sales & Marketing Tech Summit — Oct. 20-21 at the Drake Hotel in Chicago — industry leaders will gather to dissect these shifts and build actionable roadmaps for go-to-market success.

Among the panel speakers is Joseph Sta-Romana, U.S. chief customer officer at Haleon, who will tackle some of the most pressing assumptions in consumer goods today. He will be joined on stage by Padma Hari, chief digital officer, Nestlé Purina North America.

  • Does convenience perpetually triumph over privacy?
  • Is brand loyalty fueled by experience or price point?
